| Abstract: | Temporary positions serving of military technical cadres is an important measure on the construc -tion of military personnel teams.The article introduced the practices and experiences of management on the tempo -rary positions serving of technical cadres in a military medical university from the aspects of personnel selection , quality control, guarantee method, etc.Effective management model was explored , which would provide reference for the works of military cadres temporary positions serving . |
