不同时辰电针软组织损伤家兔合谷穴的镇痛作用及对血浆5-羟色胺的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨不同时辰针刺镇痛的规律及与血浆5-羟色胺变化的关系。方法 实验将112只家兔随机分为对照组,正常针刺组、软组织损伤造模组、针灸治疗组4组,每组再随机分为子、卯、午、酉4个时辰组,分别于4个时辰电针对应时辰组家兔双“合谷”穴,完成治疗后采用钾离子透入法测痛,荧光法测血浆5-羟色胺。结果 对照组家兔痛阈有明显昼夜节律,午时高子时低;针刺治疗使痛阈升高,尤以子、卯时显著。对照组家兔血浆5-羟色胺呈昼夜节律性变化,损伤使血浆5-羟色胺升高,不同时辰针刺,以子、卯、酉时降低血浆5-羟色胺更为显著。结论 取穴相同,根据时间节律可以明显提高针刺镇痛效应。

Analgesic Effect and Influence of Plasma 5-HT Content by Electric Acupuncturing the He-gu(LI4) Point on Soft Tissue Injury Rabbits in Different Hour

Abstract:Objective:To find out the relationship between the acupuncture analgesic effct and influence of plasma 5 HT content in different hour.Methods: 112 rabbits were distributed randomly to four groups (control group, normal acupuncturing group, sfot tissue injury model goup and acupuncture treating group) and each group rabbits were distributed four hour groups (Zi, Mao, Wu and You hour). In different hours, the corresponding rabbits were electric needle acupunctured the He gu (LI4) point. The analgesic effct and content of plasma 5 HT were detected after treatment. Results:To control rabbits, the pain threshod and content of plasma 5 HT showed obvious circadian rhythm that higher in Wu hour and lower in Zi hour. Acupuncture could raised the pain threshod especially in Zi and Mao hour.Injury could raise the content of plasma 5 HT and acupuncture could decrease the content of plasma 5 HT especially in Zi ,Mao and You hour. Conclusion:Acupuncture analgesic effct was obviously raised based on the temporal rhythm to acupuncture corresponding point.
