| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨听力障碍的流行病学特点及听力障碍与耳部损伤之间的关系,以期为耳损伤后听力障碍的法医学鉴定提供依据. 方法 收集山西医科大学司法鉴定中心自2005-2008年所有造成听力障碍的损伤程度鉴定资料,对其性别、受损部位、损伤特征、听力状况等方面进行回顾性分析. 结果 200例伤残人员中,男性占77%(154/200),女性占23%(46/200);年龄以21-40岁为主,占80%(160/200);损伤程度以轻伤最多,占60%(120/200);损伤部位以内耳损伤多见,占55%(110/200). 结论 在听力障碍的伤残人员中,以青年男性最多,损伤程度以轻伤为主,损伤部位以内耳损伤多见,在进行听力鉴定时应排除癔病性聋或诈聋. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the epidemic characteristics of hearing disorder induced by injury of ear,and to provide a reference for assessment and prevention of hearing disorder in medicolegal expertise. Methods According to the standard of disability evaluation,the data of 200 cases were analyzed retrospectively for body impairment.
