仰卧整复手法治疗颈源性头痛的临床观察

为了观察仰卧整复手法治疗颈源性头痛（cervicogenic headache CEH）的临床疗效，将70例颈源性头痛患者随机分为手法组和对照组，分别接受仰卧整复手法和经皮电神经刺激治疗，隔天1次，共2个疗程。比较治疗前2周和治疗后4周的头痛数字评分（NRS）、每周发作次数、头痛持续时间和颈椎活动度（ROM）的差异。结果发现，治疗后手法组的MRS、每周发作次数和头痛持续时间明显下降（P〈0．01）；对照组NRS下降较为明显（P〈0．05），两组的颈椎ROM均无明显变化；手法组治疗有效率为94，5％，明显高于对照组的64．7％（P〈0.05）。提示仰卧整复手法是治疗颈源性头痛的有效手法，其疗效与手法的综合作用有关。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE METHOD OF RESTITUTION AND CHIRISMUS BACKLYING FOR CERVICAL HEADACHE

To observe the clinical curative effect of the method of restitution and chirismus backlying for cervical headache(CEH). 70 patients of CEH were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group treated by treatment of restitution and chirismus backlying (RCB), and the control group by transcutaneous electrical neural stimulation (TENS) every other day, two courses of treatment in all. The headache degree (numeric rating scale, NRS), frequency, persistence time and range-of-motion(ROM) of cervical vertebra were compared two weeks before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment. The results showed: NRS, frequency,persistence time of the treatment were decreased obviously (P<0.01), and NRS of the control obviously (P<0.05). ROM of cervical vertebra was no significant difference. The total effective rate was 94.5% in the treatment, obviously higher than 64.7% in the control group(P<0.05). The restitution and chirismus backlying was an effective method for cervical headache, and its curative effect related to complex action of manipulation.
