金银花及其提取物指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:研究建立金银花及金银花提取物指纹图谱检测标准。方法:以绿原酸为参照物,甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(38:62)为流动相,应用液相色谱在波长325nm下,分别检测各批样品的指纹图。结果:药材、提取物均有6个共有峰,共有峰的参数符合“中药注射剂指纹图谱技术要求”的有关规定。结论:方法准确,重复性好,建立的指纹图谱检测标准,可作为金银花及其提取物质量评价与品种鉴别的重要依据之一。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the fingerprint detecting standard of Jinyinhua Flos Lonicerae and its extract. Methods: Chlorogenic acid was used as the reference substance and methanol - 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (38:62) as mobile phase. The fingerprint of separate batch of samples was detected with HPLC, under wavelength 325nm. Results :The crude drug or extract all had 6 peaks, the parameter of which met with the stipulation of Chinese medicine injection fingerprint technical requirements. Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used in quality evaluation and variety discrimination of Jinyinhua (Flos Lonicerae) and its extract.
