| 摘 要： | 英语写作是英语学习者必须掌握的基本技能之一，但我国大学生英语写作始终是一个最薄弱的环节。实践证明，充分利用计算机网络进行英语写作教学的效果优于传统教学。文章从计算机网络用于写作教学的理论基础、计算机网络辅助写作教学的方式及其优势三个方面探讨了计算机网络在英语写作教学中的作用。

| Abstract: | English writing, one of the basic language skills of English learners, is the weakest among Chinese university students. Practice has proved that making full use of computer network technology in teaching of English writing is more effective than the traditional means of teaching. The paper discusses the theoretical basis, forms, and advantages of computer network-based teaching of English writing. |
