伯氏疟原虫ANKA株抗羟基喹哌系的培育

摘    要:本文报道血传和蚊传培育成功的伯氏疟原虫ANKA株抗羟基喹哌系。血传培育6代,抗性指数即高达136,鼠-蚊-鼠交替传代培育,第4次蚊传后,抗性指数为121.7。 血传抗羟基喹哌系对喹哌和青蒿酯的抗性指数较高,分别为26.8和10.1;而对氯喹、咯萘啶和硝喹的抗性指数仅为4.1、1.1和0.7。

Abstract:In this paper,we report the method and results of the development of hydroxy-piperaquine-resistant line of Plasmodium bergkei ANKA strain.Under the drug pressure,by mice to mice syringe passages its resistance index was 136-fold after 6 passages (HPR/ANKA),and through serial mice-mosquitoes-mice cyclical passages,from this line developed a new line (MHPR/ANKA) with a resistance index of about 129-fold. Drug sensitivity tests were performed in HPR/ANKA (60 times resistant toI hydroxypiperaquine),and the resistance indices to piperaquine and artesunate (804)were higher than that to chloroquine,pyronaridine and nitroquine.In the formergroup,the resistance indices were 26.8 and 10.1 respectively,and 4.1,1.1 and 0.7respectively in the latter one.
