利普液基细胞学制片与VCE抹片的比较

目的探讨利普液基细胞学制片技术（Liqui-PREP）用于妇科细胞学筛查,与VCE抹片相比的优越性。方法来自吉林省内不同医院门诊患者进行妇科细胞学筛查,采用Liqui-PREP液基细胞学制片作为观察组,采用VCE抹片作为对照组。观察组3986例,对照组3986例,细胞学诊断均用TBS2001报告。异常者在阴道镜下取宫颈活检、组织病理学检查。结果Liqui-PREP液基细胞学制片ASC-US以上病变细胞检出率比VCE抹片病变细胞检出率增加了49.73%。LSIL、HSIL的检出率分别增加了95.24%、93.98%。Liqui-PREP液基细胞学与组织病理学诊断结果,LSIL、HSIL的符合率分别为94.90%、95.31%。VCE抹片细胞学与组织病理学诊断结果,LSIL、HSIL的符合率分别为88.00%、90.91%。结论Liqui-PREP液基细胞学制片是妇科细胞学领域的重大改进,提高了异常细胞的检出率,尤其是提高癌前病变细胞的检出率。

The comparison of Liqui-PREP technology and VCE smear technology

Objective To compare the superiority of Liqui-PREP technology toVCE smear in the gynecology cytology screening. Methods Using the gynecology cytology screening among outpatients of all the hospital of Jilin province. The patients who were proceeded the Liqui-PREP examination were belonged to the treatment group with proceeded VCE smear were belonged to comparison group. There were 3 986 patients in treatment group and comparison group respectively and the cytological diagnosis were all reported by TBS 2001. The abnormal patients all undergone the biopsy of cervix and histopathology examination through the colposcope. Results The detection rate of Liqui-PREP is higher than VCE smear by 49.73 % with regards to the lesions whose grade were above ASCUS. The detection rate of LSIL and HSIL is improved by 95.24 % and 93.98 % respectively. Comparing the cytological results and pathological diagnosis results, the coincidence of LSIL is 94.90 %, while HSIL＇ s is 95.31%. Conclusion Liqui-PREP technology is the important upgrade of gynecology cytology, which improve the detection rate of abnormal ceils, especially the precancerous lesions.
