怀牛膝总皂苷对大鼠急性心肌缺血心肌肌钙蛋白T与血管内皮功能的影响

目的：研究怀牛膝总皂苷（ABS）对垂体后叶素诱发（Pit）的大鼠急性心肌缺血心肌肌钙蛋白T（cTnT）与血管内皮功能的影响。方法：72只大鼠随机分为6组：正常对照组、模型组、复方丹参滴丸组以及ABS高、中、低剂量组,采用尾静脉注射Pit建立大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,比色法检测血清中一氧化氮（NO）水平,酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测cTnT、内皮素（ET）、血栓素B2（TXB2）、6-酮前列腺素（6-Keto-PGF1α）的含量。结果：ABS能够明显降低血清cTnT含量,显著升高NO、6-Keto-PGF1α水平,降低ET、TXB2含量。结论：ABS能调节血管内皮物质的释放,保护血管内皮功能。

The protection of total saponins of Achyranthes Bidentata in myocardial ischemic injury of rats on cTnT and vascular endothelial cells

Objective：To observe the effect and the mechanism of ABS on acute my-ocardial isehemia rat.Method：To divide the 72 rats into control group,model group,low dosage group,middle dosage group,high dosage group,FufangDanshenDiwan group.With the way of venous injection of pituitrin below the rats＇tail,to establish the acute myocardial ischemia.To observe the change on the content of cTnT,ET,NO,TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α.Result：The group of ABS can obviously restrain increasin-g of cTnT、ET、TXB2 and the decreasing of NO and 6-Keto-PGF1α.Conclusion：The ABS can control the release of substances on vascular endothelial cells and protect the function of vascular endotheliar cells.
