弓形虫速殖子死活快速鉴别的实验研究

摘    要:目的寻求快速鉴别弓形虫速殖子死活的染色方法。方法用0.1%伊文思蓝、0.4%台盼蓝和0.5%溴酚蓝三种染液分别对死、活弓形虫速殖子进行染色。结果前二种染液均能使死亡弓形虫速殖子在1min内着色,活虫则不着色;后一种染液能使活动弓形虫速殖子在1min内着色,死虫则不着色。结论3种染液染色均可快速鉴别弓形虫速殖子死活。

Rapid determination viability of Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoite in vitro

Abstract:Objective To explore a plain and rapd methods for determination of viability of Toxoplasma gondii Tachyzoite. Methods The tachyzoite of Toxoplasma gondii were stained by 0.1% Evens blue,0.4% trypan blue and 0.5% bromophenol blue respectively. Results The dead tachyzoite was stained in one minute and the vital tachyzoite was unstained with Evans blue and trypan blue. The vital tachyzoite was stained in one minute and the dead tachyzoite were unstained with bromophenol blue. Conclusion The three stains are capable of rapid determination of the viability of Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites.
