| 摘 要： | 目的:减少留置气囊导尿管病人尿道外口细茵生长,预防尿路感染.方法:将60例留置气囊导尿管病人随机分成实验组30例,对照组30例.实验组的病人在给予气囊导尿管后用胶布固定,而对照组在插入尿管后不固定.结果:实验组30例病人中,2例尿道外口有细菌生长;对照组30例病人中,10例尿道外口有细菌生长.结论:对留置气囊导尿管后给与胶布外固定,可有效减少尿道外口细菌生长,预防尿路感染.

| Abstract: | Objective:To reduce the growth of bacterium on the external urethral orifice and prevent urinary tract infection in cases with aerocyst-urethral catheter.Method:These 60 cases were divided into two groups as random,the 30 cases with aerocyst-urethral catheter fixed by adhesive tape were experiment group,the other 30 cases were not fixed.Result: The growth of bacterium on the external urethral orifice were found in 2 cases among experiment group,but 10 cases among control group.Conclusion: The aerocyst-urethral catheter fixed by adhesive tape can reduce the growth of bacterium on the external urethral orifice and prevent urinary tract infection. |
