2008年荣县0～45岁人群麻疹及风疹免疫水平监测

目的了解自贡市荣县0～45岁人群麻疹、风疹免疫状况,指导麻疹与风疹防治工作。方法分层抽样抽取荣县5个乡镇0～45岁人群样本血590份,采用酶联免疫吸附法（麻疹IgG抗体ELISA法、风疹IgG抗体ELISA法）检测血清中麻疹、风疹IgG抗体。结果麻疹抗体（IgG）几何平均滴度为1∶1 874.19,平均保护率为93.56%;风疹抗体（IgG）几何平均滴度为1∶636.49,平均保护率为79.49%;麻疹、风疹各年龄组间抗体保护率差异有统计学意义。结论荣县0～45岁健康人群麻疹抗体（IgG）水平均较高,风疹抗体水平较低。

Surveillance on Measles and Rubella Immunity Status of Population Under 45 Years Old in Rongxian County

Objective To know the immunization status of measles and rubella of the population under 45 years old at Rong County, so as to provide the scientific base of immunization of measles and rubella. Method Target population under 45 years old was selected by stratified sampling from 5 townships, and divided into 11 groups. Besides, 590 blood samples were taken. Then, the measles and rubella IgG were tested with ELISA. Result The GMT of measles IgG was 1 ： 1 874. 19, and the protective rate was 93.56%. The GMT of rubella IgG was 1 ： 636. 49, and the protective rate was 79.49%. The result of chi-square test showed the protective rates of measles and rubella among different age groups existed significant differences. Conclusion The measles GMT of each age group is very high, showing the improvement of population immunity of measles. The risk of rubella outbreak among the population under 45 years old still exists. It＇s necessary to strengthen the rubella immunization of women childbearing age.
