内蒙古高校不同专业、年级学生神经衰弱患病情况

目的 了解内蒙古高校不同专业、不同年级学生神经衰弱患病情况。方法 采用随机整群抽样法,以中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第二版(CCMD-Ⅱ)中神经衰弱标准作最终诊断,并进行卡方检验。结果 该病总患病率为12.64％。蒙汉翻译专业患病率最高达19.74％,药学专业最低为2.63％,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);按专业性质类型分,蒙语类专业患病率最高为18.18％,农学类专业最低为6.25％。一年级患病率最高,至五年级逐年级递减。结论 蒙语专业及低年级学生应作为重点防治对象。

The neurasthenia condition in students of different specialities and grades in Inner Mongolian colleges and universities

Objective To understand the neurasthenia condition in students of different specialities and grades in Inner Mongolian colleges and universities. Methods To adopt random sampling method. The final medical diagnosis was done according to the criteria on neurasthenia in the 2nd revised edition of the Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria of mental disorders. The obtained data were inspected by X , Results The total prevalence rate was 12.64% . The prevalence rate of the Mongol Chinese translation specialities students was highest, it was 19.74%. The one of medicine specialities students was lowerest. It was 2.63% . The difference between them was significant P < 0. 05). According to classification of specialities nature, the prevalence rate of Mongolian language sort specialities students was highest. It was 18.18%. The one of agriculture sort students was lowerest. It was 6.25%. The prevalence rate of grade one students was highest. The prevalence rate reduced gradually from grade one to grade five. Conclusions The key objects of prevention and treatment will be the students of the Mongolian language specialities and lower grade.
