| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前列腺摘除术后的止血措施。方法：采用自制的气囊导尿管加牵引法压迫前列腺窝止血。结果：23例行前列腺摘除术的患者，24h尿液转清者3例，48h转清者15例，72h转清者5例，拔管时间为7d～10d，全部病例无急性出血及尿管狭窄。结论：此方法操作简便，止血有效，并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore effective hemostasis in prostatectomy.Methods: Self-made ballon urethral catheter plus traction were used to stop bleeding.Results: Of 23 cases, 24-hour urine examination showed that urine turned normal in 3,48-hour urine examination in 15,72-hour urine examination in 72.Catheter was removed in 7 to 10 days,and no acute bleeding or urethrostenosis was found.Conclusion: The hemostasis is simple and effective with few complications. |
