| 摘 要： | 目的:通过观察2型糖尿病合并颈动脉斑块患者血清内脏脂肪素(visfatin)水平的变化,探讨visfatin与糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的关系及血脂康对其影响。方法:2型糖尿病无颈动脉斑块患者40例为对照组;2型糖尿病合并颈动脉斑块患者80例随机分为血脂康治疗组40例,辛伐他汀治疗组40例。检测血脂康组和辛伐他汀组与对照组治疗84d前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及血清visfatin等指标的改变,并进行临床疗效对比。结果:2型糖尿病合并颈动脉斑块患者的visfatin水平高于无颈动脉斑块对照组(P<0.05),但三组间血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗84d后两治疗组血清TC、TG、LDL-C和visfatin水平均较治疗前有明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C也高于治疗前水平(P<0.05),但两治疗组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:①visfatin可作为检测糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的指标;②在调节血脂水平的同时,血脂康具有与辛伐他汀相似的降低visfatin作用,血脂康可能通过减低visfa...
