| 摘 要： | 目的观察胰岛素泵联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法随机将50例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为两组,治疗组25例应用胰岛素泵联合甲钴胺观察疗效情况;对照组25例进行常规治疗。疗程3个月,随访观察治疗前后临床症状。结果胰岛素泵联合甲钴胺组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵联合甲钴胺可明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of insulin pumps combined with treatment Mecobalamin to the diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 50 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group, 25 patients were treated with insulin pump combined with mecobalamin for the observed effect; routine treatment of 25 cases of the control group. Course of three months, before and after the treatment of the follow-up observation of clinical symptoms. Results The insulin pump joint mecobalamin group efficiency is significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin the pump combined mecobalamin significant improvement in diabetic peripheral neuropathy. |
