米索前列醇与欣母沛在产后出血中的应用效果比较

目的探讨并比较米索前列醇与欣母沛用于产后出血临床效果。方法选取我院2010年5月至2012年10月收治有产后出血倾向产妇150例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和欣母沛组,每组各75例;其中对照组产妇胎儿娩出后采用米索前列醇舌下含服;欣母沛组产妇胎儿娩出后采用欣母沛肌内注射;比较两组产妇产后出血发生率,产时出血量,产后24h出血量及不良反应发生率等。结果对照组和欣母沛组产妇产后出血发生率分别为38.7%,8.0%;欣母沛组产妇产后出血发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);欣母沛组产妇产时出血及产后24h出血量均明显少于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);对照组和欣母沛组产妇不良反应发生率分别为30.6%,18.7%;欣母沛组产妇不良反应率明显低于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论与米索前列醇相比,欣母沛用于产后出血可有效降低发生率,减少出血量,且无严重不良反应,具有临床使用价值。

Clinical Effects Comparison of Misoprostol and Hemabate Treatment on Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate and compare the therapeutic effect of misoprostol and Hemabate treatment on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 150 patients with postpartum bleeding tendency were chose in the period from May 2010 to October 2012 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group（75 patients） with misoprostol sublingually treatment and Hemabate group（75 patients） with Hemabate intramuscular treatment;and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,the amount of bleeding intrapartum and 24h in postpartum,and the incidence of adverse reactions of both groups were compared.Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of control group and Hemabate group were separately 38.7%,8.0%;the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of Hemabate group were significantly lower than control group（P0.05）.The amount of bleeding intrapartum and 24h in postpartum of Hemabate group were significantly lower than control group（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of control group and Hemabate group were separately 30.6%,18.7%;The incidence of adverse reactions of Hemabate group were significantly lower than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with misoprostol sublingually treatment,Hemabate treatment on postpartum hemorrhage can efficiently lower incidence and bleeding amount,has no serious adverse effects,and is worthy of clinical application value.
