关节外侧小切口治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床观察

摘    要:目的对应用关节外侧小切口手术方式对患有肱骨髁上骨折的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法抽取76例患有肱骨髁上骨折的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组38例。采用常规肱骨髁上骨折手术方式对对照组患者实施治疗;采用关节外侧小切口手术方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者肱骨髁上骨折治疗效果明显优于对照组;住院治疗时间和骨关节功能恢复正常时间明显短于对照组;围手术期出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组。结论应用关节外侧小切口手术方式对患有肱骨髁上骨折的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Abstract:Objective To the operation mode of application of joint small lateral incision with the implementation of the clinical effect of treatment of patients with supracondylar fractures of the humerus were studied.Methods A total of 76 patients with humeral supracondylar fracture,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each an average of 38 cases.Using conventional humeral supracondylar fracture operation on the patients in the treatment group;the operation mode of joint lateral small incision in the treatment of the patients in the treatment group.Results The patients in the treatment group the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture was better than the control group;the time of hospitalization and bone and joint function recovery time was shorter than the control group;the number of peri operation period of adverse reactions was less than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of joint operation mode of small lateral incision is very obvious in patients with supracondylar fracture of humerus in the implementation of the clinical effect of treatment.
