| 摘 要： | 本文采用ＰＣＲ ＲＦＬＰ技术对抗磷脂抗体阳性（ＡＰＡ＋）ＳＬＥ患者ＨＬＡ ＤＲＢ１、ＤＱＡ１ 和ＤＱＢ１ 基因进行分型研究， 同时以上海地区汉族随机人群作对照， 发现这类病人的ＤＲＢ１＊ ０８０３ ＤＱＡ１＊ ０１０３ ＤＱＢ１ ＊０６０１ 单倍型频率显著增高（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１） 相对危险率为４－４５， 说明该疾病与此单倍型存在着很强的关联。

| Abstract: | Anti phospholipid antibodies (APA),which are involved in predisposition to intravascular thrombosis,occur frequently in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and other autoimmune disorders.HLA class Ⅱalleles (DR and DQ)of twenty two Chinese SLE patients with APA were determined by PCR RFLP.The frequency of haplotype HLA DRB10803,DQA10103,DQB10601 detected in the patients is much higher than that in control group (RR=4 45, P <0 01) More interestingly,the above DQB10601 allele associated with the (APA +) SLE shares several amino acids (aa13,aa26,aa70～77) with allele DQB10301 which was associated with (APA +) SLE in Caucasian,suggesting that these shared epitopes may by involved in this disease as a common immunogenetic or pathogenetic factor |
