山茱萸提取部位对D-半乳糖致衰模型小鼠骨髓细胞脱氧核糖核酸的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨山茱萸几种提取部位对D-半乳糖致衰模型小鼠骨髓细胞DNA的影响.方法 取ICR小鼠,复制D-半乳糖致衰模型,给小鼠灌服药液,通过单细胞电泳和流式细胞仪检测,观察D-半乳糖致衰模型小鼠骨髓细胞DNA的变化及山茱萸几种提取部位的保护作用.结果 D-半乳糖对小鼠骨髓细胞脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)结构表现出一定的的影响,山茱萸几种提取部位尤其是石油醚萃取部位表现出保护作用.结论 山茱萸提取部位对D-半乳糖致衰模型小鼠DNA结构有不同程度的影响.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of extracts from Fructus Corni on DNA of marrow cells in D-galactose induced subacute aging mice. Methods The subacute aging model was established by D-galactose induced in ICR mice,and the DNA change was tested by single-cell electrophoresis and flow cytometry detection. Results D-galactose had the effect on DNA of marrow cells of ICR mice and extracts from Fructus Corni,especially the extract of petroleum showed certain protective effects against DNA damage.
