血管内皮生长因子在乳腺癌中的表达及与微血管生成的关系

摘    要:目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在乳腺癌中的表达及其与血管生成和病理参数的关系。方法 :采用S P免疫组织化学染色法检测 5 6例乳腺癌及 10例癌旁正常组织的VEGF表达 ,并对血管进行Ⅷ因子相关抗原的免疫组织化学染色 ,记数微血管密度。对 10例乳腺癌进行VEGFmRNA原位杂交检测。结果 :乳腺癌组织VEGF表达阳性率高于其癌旁正常组织 ,差异有显著意义 ,P <0 0 5。VEGF的表达与乳腺癌的病理分级密切相关 ,P <0 0 1。有淋巴结转移的VEGF表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移 ,P <0 0 5 ;而且随着VEGF表达的增强 ,乳腺癌组织内微血管密度明显增高 ,P <0 0 1。结论 :癌组织VEGF表达增强在肿瘤血管生成、生长及转移中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To clarify the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and the angiogenesis,pathological factors in breast carcinoma.Methods The S-P immunohistochemistry and VEGFmRNA situ hybridization were used.Results The positive rate of VEGF in breast carcinoma was higher than that in normal tissue,P<0.05.The expression of VEGF was closely related to pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis,P<0.01.P<0.05,respectively.A significantly higher microvessel density(MVD) was observed in the breast carcinoma with positive expression of VEGF compared with that of the negative expression,P<0.01.Conclusions The up-regulation of VEGF has an important role in angiogenesis,growth and metastases of breast carcinoma.
