| 摘 要： | 目的：总结重症急性胰腺炎的主要并发症及治疗体会。方法：回顾性分析１９９４年６月至１９９８年１２月收治的重症急性胰腺炎３９例，对主要并发症的原因及治疗方法进行总结。结果：３９例重症急性胰腺炎主要并发症为肺损害、休克、腹腔感染、多器官功能紊乱等，治愈率达７２％。结论：重症急性胰腺炎并发症多，应重点防治ＡＲＤＳ、休克、腹腔感染等。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To analysis the serious complications of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) and its treatment. Methods: A retrospective review was made on 30 SAP cases admitted from Jun. 1994 to Dec. 1998 in order to analysis the cause of serious complications and treatment. Results: The occurrence of acute lung injury (ALI), shock, abdominal infection, multiple organ dysfunction and so on was evaluated in 39 patients with severe acute pancreatitis. The compositive cure rate is 72%. Conclusions: The ALI shock abdominal infection and MOD are the serious complications of SAP. They should been attracted considerable attention. |
