凯西莱注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎31例疗效观察

目的观察凯西莱（硫普罗宁，Tiopronin）注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法将2003年3月-2004年11月我院收治的52例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组21例。两组均不用其它褪黄、降转氨酶以及抗病毒药物。在基础治疗相同的基础上，治疗组再给予静滴凯西莱200mg／d，对照组则给予静滴泰特（还原型谷胱甘肽，TAD）120mg／d，两组疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后血清转氨酶（ALT、AST）、白蛋白（A1b）、球蛋白（Glb）、胆红素（TBil、DBil）及乙型肝炎病毒标志物（HBvM）的变化。结果两组肝功能、临床症状均明显改善，两组ALT、AST、Glb、TBil、DBil较治疗前均下降，差异有非常显著性（P〈0.01），但组间比较除Alb、Glb外，其余指标差异无统计学意叉（P〉0．05）。两组的总有效率分别为83．87％和71.43％，差异亦无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论凯西莱注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎不但疗效确切，而且安全可靠。

Clinical Observation on 31 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B Treated With Tiopronin for Injection

Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of tiopronin for injection on patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 52 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B were randomly divided into therapeutic groups (n=31) and control groups (n=21).Tiopronin for injection was given to therapeutic groups once daily by intravenous drip in fusionata dosage of 200 mg with 5% glucose solutions 250mL. While the control group was treated with TAD for injection (120 mg/d). All the patients were treated for 4 weeks.The levels of ALT,AST,Alb,Glb,TBil,DBil and HBVM were monitored, before and after the period of treatment. Results The liver function were both improved remarkably. The levels of ALT,AST,Glb,TBil,DBil decreased obviously after the period of treatment(P<0.01).There were no difference between the two groups except the Alb and Glb.The total availability was 83.87% and 71.43%, there was no ifference between the two groups. Conclusion Tiopronin for injection not only has remarkable effects on chronic hepatitis B, but also has no poisonous and side effect.
