| 摘 要： | 目的:观察葛根素注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:将不稳定型心绞痛的患者100例,随机分成观察组52例,对照组48例。观察组除常规(硝酸酯、阿司匹林等)治疗外,加用葛根素注射液(400mg/d)静脉滴注2周,对照组仅予常规治疗2周。观察两组患者心绞痛发作的频率、持续时间及心电图ST-T等改变。结果:观察组总有效率88.46%,对照组70.83%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素注射液对不稳定型心绞痛具有一定疗效,且安全无不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of puerarin injection on unstable angina pectoris(UA).Methods:100 patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into experimental group(n=52) and control group(n=48).The routine treatment was performed in both groups,besides this,puerarin injection(400 mg/d) was added in experimental group by intravenous drip for two weeks.The changes of symptom(frequency and duration of the attack of angina pectoris) and electrocardiogram were observed in both groups.Results:The total effective rate was 88.5%in experimental group and 70.8%in control group,with a significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:Puerarin injection is a safe and effective drug for the patients with unstabe angina pectoris,without adverse reaction. |
