斜扳手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症根性疼痛40例

目的：观察斜扳手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症根性疼痛的临床疗效。方法：82例腰椎间盘突出症根性疼痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例应用斜扳手法为主的推拿疗法,对照组42例应用牵引为主的推拿疗法。治疗时间均以15d为1个疗程,15d后对两组患者的疗效进行比较。结果：治疗组40例,治愈12例,好转25例,未愈3例;对照组42例,治愈7例,好转26例,未愈9例。两组比较有显著性差异。结论：斜板手法和牵引疗法对腰椎间盘突出症根性疼痛均有很好的疗效,斜板手法优于牵引疗法。

Treatment of 40 Cases of Radicular Pain of Lumbar Disc Herniation by Oblique-pulling Manipulation

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of radicular pain of lumbar disc herniation by oblique-pulling manipulation.Methods：100 patients with radicular pain of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group received oblique-pulling manipulation-based massage therapy,while the control group traction-based massage therapy.Treatment time for both groups are 15 d,the effects of the two groups were compared 15 d after the treatment.Results：Of 82 effective cases observed,12 cases of 40 in the treatment group were cured,25 cases improved,and 3 cases not cured;among 42 cases in the control group,7 cases were cured,26 cases improved,and 9 cases not cured.Two groups had significant differences.Conclusion：The oblique-pulling manipulation and traction therapy have great effect on radicular pain of lumbar disc herniation,the oblique-pulling manipulation is better than traction therapy.
