CXCR4在结肠直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨CXCR4在结肠直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法：应用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测63例结肠直肠癌组织、25例癌旁正常组织、17例肝转移灶和15例淋巴结转移灶中CXCR4的表达。结果：与癌旁正常组织相比，结肠直肠癌组织表达较高水平的CXCR4。CXCR4的高表达与结肠直肠癌患者的年龄、性别、结肠直肠癌组织类型、分化程度无关，而与临床转移有关。结论：CXCR4上调表达与结肠直肠癌的发生和转移有关。

CXCR4 expression in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the expression of CXCR4 in human colorectal cancer tissue and its clinical significance. Methods lmmunohistochemistry staining was performed to detect the expression of CXCR4 in 63 primary lesions of colorectal cancer, 25 normal colorectal tissues adjacent to cancer lesion, 17 liver metastases foci, as well as 15 metastatic lymph node specimens. Results Stronger expression of CXCR4 protein was observed in colorectal cancer specimens, compared with that in normal tissues. CXCR4 expression was closely related to the status of liver or lymph node metastasis, but had no relationship with age, gender, pathological type and histological differentiation. Conclusions Up-regulated CXCR4 expression is associated with the carcinogenesis and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
