团体心理干预对企业员工寻求专业性心理帮助态度及应对效能的影响

目的 探讨团体心理辅导对企业员工寻求专业性心理帮助态度及应对效能的影响.方法 采用寻求专业心理帮助态度问卷和应对效能量表对上海市松江区204名以制造、加工为主的民营企业的员工进行测查.将企业员工按工号的单双号随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组接受企业平时常规开展心理健康服务,研究组在此基础上开展每两周1次共4次的团体心理辅导.干预后1周对所有入组的企业员工再次进行寻求专业心理帮助态度和应对效能量表的测量.结果 两组员工在干预前的寻求专业性心理帮助态度与应对效能总分及各因子分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.干预后研究组在寻求专业性心理帮助总分、自我认知、社会成见、信任性及应对效能总分、胜任力、认知水平、自信程度上显著高于对照组,同时高于组内干预前评分,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.对照组干预前后各项差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 团体心理辅导能有效提高企业员工专业性心理帮助态度及应对效能.

Effect of group psychological intervention on enterprise employees seeking professional psychological help and their coping effectiveness

Objective To investigate the effect of group psychological guidance on enterprise employees to seek professional psychological help attitude and the their operational effectiveness.Methods The attitude scales were used to assess the attitude seeking professional psychological help and coping efficacy in 204 songjiang Shanghai manufacturing and processing enterprises staff.The enterprise employees were randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group received usual routine mental health services.The research group received conventional mental health services and additional once every two weeks a total of four times of group counseling.One week after the intervention,all the groups of employees who seek professional psychological help were assessed again in attitude and operational effectiveness scales.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of subjects before seeking professional psychological help in attitude and operational effectiveness total score.Total scores,self-awareness,social prejudice,trust and total scores of operational effectiveness,the competence,and degree of self-confidence were significantly higher in research group than that of control group,also higher than before intervention （P ＜ 0.05）.The results did not reach significant difference levels in control group before and after the test （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusions Group psychological counseling can effectively improve enterprise employees＇ professional psychological help attitude and coping effectiveness.
