农村被关锁精神分裂症患者解锁后再次关锁者家庭负担的调查

目的 了解河北省农村被关锁精神分裂症患者解锁后再次关锁者家庭负担状况.方法 以2006年11月-2012年3月在河北省开展的“解锁工程”救助的84例农村被关锁精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用改编后的解锁患者信息采集表及疾病家庭负担量表、Zarit护理者负担量表评价患者家庭负担.结果 入户调查时2户家属未在缺失,实际调查82例,其中目前再次关锁者20例（24.4％）.以患者目前是否关锁分为两组,目前再次关锁组在经济负担、家庭娱乐活动、家庭关系及总分均高于未再次关锁患者（P＜0.05）;护理者负担量表结果显示目前再次关锁组在个人负担、责任负担、总负担及量表总分均高于未再次关锁的患者（P＜0.05）.结论 被关锁农村精神分裂症患者家庭及护理者负担沉重,不能忽视对家庭护理者的关注.

Family burden and factors of the relocked rural schizophrenic patients following locked treatment

Objective To understand the family burden of unlocked schizophrenic patients after locked treatment in Hebei province rural area, and explore its influencing factors. Methods The family burden scale of diseases （FBS） and Zarit Caregiyer Burden Interview （ZBD were used to assess the family burden of 84 schizophrenic patients who met ICD--10 and discharged from our hospital from November 2006 to March 2012 in Hehei province. Results In the household survey, the family of 82 patient participated. Total 20 subjects among 82 patients were locked （24.4%）. Economic burden, family entertainment, family relationship, and total score were all lower in unlocked group than locked group （P 〈 0.05）. Personal burden of caregivers, the burden of responsibility, and the total burden and scores were all lower in locked group than unlocked group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The family of unlocked schizophrenia patients in rural area should not be iRnored in follow--up treatment.
