2004年济南市性病门诊部分就诊者性行为与艾滋病知识调查

目的]了解济南市性病门诊就诊者性行为及其艾滋病相关知识水平。方法]2004年9~10月,对济南市皮肤病防治院性病门诊342名就诊者进行匿名问卷调查。结果]调查342人,236人有配偶或固定男(女)友,其中55.9%出现性病相关症状后,继续与之存在性生活,坚持每次用安全套者占15.2%;245人有商业性性伴侣或临时性伴侣,出现性病相关症状后继续与之存在性生活者占43.2%,坚持每次使用安全套者占10.4%;对艾滋病传播途径与预防措施全部答对者仅占5.8%。结论]该人群中艾滋病相关知识的知晓率较低,具有较高的无保护的危险性行为,存在着传播性病艾滋病的潜在危险性。

The Research of Venereal Behavior and HIV/AIDS Knowledge among of Part Patients in Ji′nan Venereal Clinic

Objective]To understand the level of HIV/AIDS know le dge and venereal behavior among the venereal clinic patients in Jinan. Methods]Anonymous questionnaire was delivered to 342 patients in the venereal clinic of Jinan Dermatosis Prevention Institute.Results]236 patients have consorts or fixed partners among the 342 patients,and 55.9% of them still had sexual life with their partners after they've had correla tive venereal symptom,yet only 15.2% using condom every time.245 patients ha d commercial sexual partners or casual partners,and 43.2% of them still had se xual life with their partners when they've had correlative venereal symptom,onl y 10.4% using condom every time.Only 5.8% of the patients gave the correct a nswers about the transmit approaches and prevention methods of HIV/AIDS.Conclusion]This population has poor HIV/AIDS correlative knowledge,and has higher risk of un-protected sexual behaviors.They have potential risk to spread the venereal disease and HIV/AIDS.
