| 摘 要： | 目的研究宫颈冷刀锥切术对育龄期高度子宫颈上皮内瘤样病变患者的临床意义。方法回顾性分析56例C INⅡ/Ⅲ患者,研究宫颈冷刀锥切术后的宫颈狭窄、病变复发、以及术后2年的妊娠结局。结果术后宫颈狭窄发生率为5.36%,病变复发率为7.14%,术后妊娠率为90.90%,不孕率为9.10%,自然流产率为7.27%,足月妊娠并分娩52.00%,无1例早产。结论对于要求保留生育功能的高度宫颈上皮内瘤变患者而言,宫颈冷刀锥切术依然是安全和可靠的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the cold knife conization(CKC) on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods A total of 56 patients of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) of grade 2 or 3 were studied about the cervical stenosis,recurrence and pregnancy in two years after CKC.Results The percentage of the cervical stenosis,recurrence and pregnancy respectively appeared as 5.36%,7.14% and 90.90%.the rate of Infertility and spontaneous abortion respectively was 9.10% and 7.27%.there wa... |
