| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声心动图对左室假腱索的诊断价值。方法:用2.5~4.0MHz超声探头检查341例左室假腱索患者。结果:本组341例患者共检出左室假腱索384条,其中1条301例(88.27%),2条37例(10.85%),3条以上3例(0.88%)。结论:左室假腱索的超声检出率可能与操作技术、观察的仔细程度、仪器的分辨率有关。左室假腱索临床上可能与健康人的心脏杂音及引起室性期前收缩有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe the value of Echocardiography in diagnosing Left Ventricle False Chordae Tendinae.Methods:We examined 341 patients with Left Ventricle False Chordae Tendinae using 2.5～4.0MHz transducer.Results:341 cases in this group checked-up 384 left ventricle false chordae tendinae,301 cases checked 1 left ventricle false chordae tendinae(88.27%),2 in 37 cases(10.85%),3 in 3 cases(0.88%).Conclusion:The detection rate of left ventricle false chordae tendinae is possible related with manipulation,observation and instrument,the left ventricle false chordae tendinae is possible related with heart cacophony and ventricle premature beat in adult. |
