| 摘 要： | 目的探讨周围神经离断伤急诊修复的恢复效果，防治并发症。方法2007年6月-2008年11月。对89例前臂及腕部周围神经损伤患者，急诊显微外科修复，结合药物及辅助治疗，采用门诊复查、电话询问、家访等方式分别在术后1个月、3-6个月、1年以上进行随访，20例获得完全随访。结果根据BMRC运动、感觉评定标准，功能综合评价，陆裕朴周围神经功能评分标准，肌电图检查评价疗效，优1例，良8例，中10例，差1例。结论周围神经离断伤治疗的预后功能良，可满足患肢日常工作生活要求，患者总体满意程度高，依神经损伤部位的高低、神经的性质、损伤机制以及患者年龄有不同疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investgate the efficacy of emergeucy repair of peripheral nerve injury with microsurgery and the treatments of complications.Methods Different microsurgery operations according to the position of injury were taken to treat peripheral nerve injury.Results 20 patients were followed up for average 12 months, good results are achieved.Conclusion Microsurgery operations has a good therapeutic effects in repairing peripheral nerve injuries, different treating result recovery were achieved according to different positions of injury, kinds of nerves, injury causes and ages. |
