| 摘 要： | 采用１６项药物滥用复吸因素调查表（ＲＦＤＡ－１６）对云南省（滇）和黑龙江省（黑）戒毒机构收治的１８７例阿片依赖者进行“复吸毒”情况调查。１８７例被调查者的复吸率为８０．２％，复吸１－２次、３－５次、６－１０次和１１－２０次的分布情况分别是４４．０％、３１．３％、２０．０％和４．７％。脱毒治疗后２ｗｋ内第１、２、３次的复吸率分别是３６．６７％（５５／１５０）、６５．３２％（８１／１２４）和８６．２５％（６９／８０）；３月内第１、２、３次的复吸率分别是８６．６７％（１３０／１５０）、９２．７４％（１１５／１２４）和９８．７５（７９／８０）。ＲＦＤＡ－１６总均分为８．６４±ｓ２．４２，其中心理、社会、身体三个因子均分分别是４．１７±ｓ１．３２、２．４９±ｓ１．２１和１．９４±ｓ０．７０，经方差分析三因子间差异具有显著性。表明在影响复吸的因素中，心理因素最强，社会因素次之，身体因素相对最弱。本文还对滇、黑两地间、不同性别间和滥用不同药物对复吸因素的影响进行了比较研究。

| Abstract: | In order to study the prevalence and etiology of relapse after detoxification of opiate dependence,we investigated 187 clients by using the“16-Items Relapse Factors of Drug Addiction (RFDA-16)”in two detoxification agencies of Heilongjiang and Yunnan provinces. The results showed that the prevalence of relapse was 80.2%(150/187);the relapse frequency of 1-2,3-5,6-10 and 11-20 times was 44.0%,31.3%,20.0% and 4.7%, respectively; and most clients relapsed within 2 weeks after detoxification. The total scale of REDA - 16 was 8.64±s 2.42; and the psychological, social and physical factors were 4.17±s 1.32, 2.49±s 1.21 and 1.94±s 0.70 respectively (F=3.42, P<0.05).It showed that psychological influence of relapse was much stronger than that of social and physical factors. |
