| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定恶丙嗪片含量的方法．方法：色谱柱： ＤｉａｍｏｎｓｉｌＣ１８（２００ × ４．６ｍｍ， ５μｍ），流动相：甲醇水（８０： ２０），检测波长：２８５ｎｍ．结果：恶丙嗪线性范围５～４５μｇ／ｍｌ，回归方程为Ｃ＝０． ０６２４Ａ＋４５． ２２９ｒ＝０．９９９９，回收率为９９．８６％，日内精密度为ＲＳＤ＝０．９２％，日间精密度为ＲＳＤ＝１．６４％结论：方法准确、快速、简便．

| Abstract: | Objective: To study high performance liqnid chromatography for the determination of oxaperozin tablets. Methods: Diamonsil C18(200×4.6mm, 5mm) column was used, mobile phase was MeOH-water (80:20), and detection wavelength was 285nm. Results: Over the concentration range of 5～45mg/ml, the linear regressin equation was C=0.0624A+45.229, r=0.9999. The average recovery was 99.86%, The within-day RSD=0.92%. Conclusions: The method is found to be accurate. |
