营养和运动综合治疗对单纯性肥胖儿童血脂水平、瘦素抵抗以及炎症反应的影响

目的：研究营养和运动综合治疗对单纯性肥胖儿童血脂水平、瘦素抵抗以及炎症反应的影响。方法：将在长海医院就诊的180例单纯性肥胖儿童纳入研究,将入组儿童随机分为联合治疗组、营养干预组、运动治疗组,比较3组儿童的血脂水平、瘦素抵抗情况以及炎症反应程度。结果：3组儿童的血脂水平、瘦素抵抗以及炎症反应有差异;且经LSD法两两比较可知,联合治疗组的胆固醇、甘油三酯以及瘦素（Leptin）、可溶性OB受体（sOB-R）、高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）水平均低于营养干预组和运动治疗组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：营养和运动综合治疗有助于降低血脂水平、改善瘦素抵抗、缓解炎症反应,是治疗单纯性肥胖的理想方法。

Effects of nutrition and exercise comprehensive therapy on lipid levels,leptin resistance and inflammatory reaction of children with simple obesity

Objective： To study the effect of nutrition and exercise comprehensive therapy on lipid levels, leptin resist ance and inflammatory reaction of children with simple obesity. Methods： A total of 180 cases of ehildren with simple obesity admitted to Changhai Hospital were enrolled and divided into combined treatment group, nutrition intervention group, exercise therapy group by random number table method. Then blood lipids, leptin resistance and inflammatory reaction degree were compared. Results.. Blood lipids, leptin resistance and inflammatory reaction degree of three groups were different; LSD analysis showed that cholesterol, triglyceride and Leptin, sOBR, hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 levels of combined treatment group were lower than those of nutrition intervention group and exercise therapy group. Conclusion： Nutrition and exercise comprehensive therapy is helpful to reduce blood lipid levels, improve leptin resistance and alleviate the inflammatory reaction, it＇s an ideal method in treating simple obesity.
