芬太尼和丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产的效果观察

目的探析芬太尼联合丙泊酚在无痛人流中的作用及效果。方法选择该院2011年10月—2012年10月期间妇科门诊进行人工流产患者426例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。将426例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各213例。观察两组患者人流镇痛效果。结果观察组患者与对照组在丙泊酚平均诱导剂量,平均总用量,诱导麻醉时间上及离院时间;两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;疼痛观察：观察组与对照组患者两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;患者疼痛分级：观察组与对照组两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;宫颈扩张评定：两组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组术后未出现人流并发症,对照组术后出现不良反应26例,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;结论芬太尼联合丙泊酚对人工流产患者有镇痛效果显著,减少了人流综合症和不良反应,应用安全无不良反应。

Observation on the Effect of Fentanyl Combined with Propofol in Painless Artificial Abortion

Objective To analyze the function and effect of fentanyl combined with propofol in painless artificial abortion. Methods The clinical data of 426 cases of patients underwent artificial abortion in Gynecology Clinic of our hospital from October, 2011 to October, 2012 were selected and analyzed retrospectively. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 213 cases in each. The analgesic effects of two groups of patients were observed. Results The differences between the observation group and the control group in mean propofol induction, average total dosage, average induction of anesthesia time and leave hospital time were significant（P0.05）; Pain observation： The difference between the observation group and the control group was significant（P0.05）; Pain grading of the patients： The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）; Cervical dilatation assessment： The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）;No postoperative complications of abortion were found in the observation group, while in the control group, there were 26 cases of postoperative adverse reactions. The difference between the groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Fentanyl combined with propofol in artificial abortion has significant analgesic effect, which can reduce the artificial abortion syndrome and adverse reactions with application security and no side effects.
