血清及耳积液多项细胞因子与中耳炎的关系

目的：研究及观察血清及耳积液多项细胞因子与中耳炎的关系。方法：选取本院收治的60例中耳炎患者为观察组,同期治愈后仍存在耳积液的60例为对照组,然后将两组的血清及耳积液白介素-8（IL-8）、降钙素原（PCT）、转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）、转化生长因子-β2（TGF-β2）及肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平进行分别检测及比较,并比较观察组中急性、慢性及分泌性、化脓性中耳炎患者的检测结果,并以Logistic分析处理上述血清及耳积液指标与中耳炎的关系。结果：观察组血清及耳积液IL-8、PCT、TGF-β1、TGF-β2及TNF-α水平均高于对照组,且观察组慢性及化脓性中耳炎患者的检测结果高于急性及分泌性中耳炎,且经Logistic分析处理显示,上述血清及耳积液指标与中耳炎有密切的关系,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中耳炎患者的血清及耳积液多项细胞因子呈现高表达状态,且与本病患者的分期及分类有一定的关系。

Relationship between serum,ear fluid various cytokines and tympanitis

Objective： To study the relationship between serum, ear fluid various cytokines and tympanitis. Methods： A total of 60 patients with tympanitisa dmitted from April 2013 to March 2014 were selected as observation group,60 cases who were cured but had ear fluid at the same time were selected as control group. Serum and ear fluid IL-8, PCT, TGF-β1, TGF-β2 and TNF-αof two groups were detected and compared. Detection results of observation group with acute and chronic,secretory and suppurative tympanitis were compared, then the relationship between those serum, ear fluid indexes and tympanitis were analyzed by the Logistic analyse. Resuits：The serum and ear fluid IL-8 ,PCT, TGF-β1, TGF-β2 and TNF-αof observation group were all significantly higher than those of control group,then the detection results of observation group with chronic and suppurative tympanitis were all significantly higher than those of patients with actue and secretory tympanitis. There was closely relationship between those serum,ear fluid various eytokines and tympanitis （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The serum and ear fluid various eytokines of patients with tympanitis are highly expressed, and have some relationship to the stages and types of the disease.
