血尿酸水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的关系及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨血尿酸变化与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病发病关系及临床意义。方法选取2012年1月-2013年5月该院收治的84例冠心病患者作为观察对象,设为研究组,选取同期门诊体检的84例健康人群作为对照,设为对照组,测定并分析两组患者血尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮等实验室数据,探讨血尿酸变化与冠心病发生之间的关系。结果研究组平均动脉压、空腹血糖均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);研究组UA、Cr、BUN、TC、TG均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论血尿酸升高与冠心病患者发展具有相关性,临床诊治冠心病时,需要根据血尿酸等生化检查综合评价治疗效果及预后。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid level and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and its clinical significance. Methods 84 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from January, 2012 to May, 2013 were selected as observation objects, and set as research group; 84 healthy people underwent health examination in De- partment of Outpatient during the same period were selected as control and set as control group. The blood uric acid, creatinine, urea nitrogen and other laboratory data of the two groups were measured and analyzed. And the relationship between the changes of blood uric acid and coronary heart disease was explored. Results The average of arterial blood pressure and fasting blood glu- cose levels in research group were significantly higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); UA, Cr, BUN, TC, TG in research group were significantly higher than those in control group, the differences were significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The development of serum uric acid has correlation with coronary heart disease. In the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, the treatment effect and prognosis need to be evaluated comprehensively according to serum uric acid and other biochemical examinations.
