雷珠单抗联合激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞所致黄斑水肿的临床研究

目的 探讨雷珠单抗联合激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞所致黄斑水肿的临床疗效和安全性.方法 将135例（144眼）RVO合并黄斑水肿患者按就诊顺序1∶1∶1随机分为3组,A组采用雷珠单抗联合激光治疗治疗,B组采用单纯激光治疗,C组采用单纯雷珠单抗注射治疗,比较各组疗效、视力变化和安全性.结果A组有效率87.50%,B、C组有效率均为64.58%,差异有统计学意义（Ridit z=16.578,P=0.000）;治疗后,3组患者视力均有提高,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后各组患者视力差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,A组视力优于B、C组.结论 雷珠单抗联合激光治疗组可以尽快消除黄斑水肿,保护中心视力.

A Clinical Study of Lucentis Combined with Laser Therapy in the Treatment of Macular Edema Caused by Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of lucentis combined with laser therapy in the treatment of macular edema caused by branch retinal vein occlusion. Methods 135 patients （144 eyes） with RVO and macular edema were randomly divided into 3 groups in accordance with the visiting sequence and the ratio of 1：1：1. Patients of A group were given treatment of lucentis combined with laser therapy; patients of B group were given pure laser treatment and patients of C group were given pure lucentis treatment. The clinical effect, vision changes and safety of three groups were compared. Results The total ef- fective rate of A group, B group and C group respectively was 87.50%, 64.58%, 64.58%, and the differences had statistical signifi- cance （Ridit z=16.578,P=0.000）. Compared with before treatment, the visions of 3 groups all increased, and the differences in groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）;after treatment, the vision of A group was better than that of B group and C group and the differences among groups also had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lucentis combined with laser therapy can e- liminate macular edema as soon as possible and protect central vision.
