培美曲塞联合奥沙利铂用于非小细胞肺癌的疗效分析

目的 探讨培美曲塞联合奥沙利铂用于非小细胞肺癌治疗的效果.方法非小细胞肺癌的患者200例根据入院顺序的不同分为观察组100例与对照组100例,两组都采用常规手术治疗,观察组在常规手术治疗基础上采用术后培美曲塞联合奥沙利铂化疗.结果 观察组与对照组的有效率分别为78.0%和54.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.两组胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、脱发、皮疹等不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.随访1年,两组半年生存率对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但是治疗组的1年生存率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 培美曲塞联合奥沙利铂用于非小细胞肺癌术后辅助化疗能提高治疗疗效与术后生存率,不良反应少且可以耐受,值得推广应用.

Analysis of the Effect of Pemetrexed Combined with Oxaliplatin for Treating Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To investigate the effects of pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin for treating non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 200 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were equally divided into the observation group and the control group ac- cording to the order of admission. Both groups were given the conventional surgical treatment, and the observation group were added pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin for treating. Results The effective rate of the observation group and control group was 78.0% and 54.0%, respectively, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. The gastrointestinal reaction, bone marrow suppression, alopecia, rash and other adverse reactions between the two groups compared had no significant difference （P〉 0.05）. The groups were followed up for 1 year, there was no significant difference between the two groups in six-month survival rate （P〉0.05）, but the 1-year survival rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin for treating non-small cell lung cancer can improve the therapeutic efficacy and survival rate and has fewer side effects that can be tolerated, wbich is worthy of widely application.
