摘    要:目的 对尿胆红素阳性的尿液加入不同浓度的维生素C,讨论其对测定结果的影响.方法 收集该院30例严重肝损坏患者的尿液并加入不同浓度梯度的维生素C,然后对模拟维生素C阳性的尿液确保在2h内用干化学的方法对尿胆红素进行定性实验,并对其影响进行分析.结果 对模拟维生素C阳性尿液的检测,当VitC浓度为1.4 mmol/L时,BIL的检测出现负干扰,当VitC >5.6 mmo1/L时,BIL的假阴性率为100%.结论 尿中维生素C的检测是可以避免临床漏诊或误诊,减少实验误差,更好的满足临床对黄疸的诊断和黄疸类型的鉴别诊断.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of vitamin C on the determination result of urine bilirubin by adding different concentrations of vitamin C to urine of positive urine bilirubin. Methods The urine of 30 patients with severe liver damage admitted in our hospital was collected. And different concentrations of vitamin C were added to the urine. Then the urine bilirubin of the simulation of vitamin C positive urine was determined qualitively by dry chemistry method within 2 hours, and the effect of vitamin C on the determination result was analyzed. Results For the detection of simulation of vitamin C positive urine, when the concentration of vitamin C was 1.4mmol/L, negative interference appeared in the detection of BIL; when the concentration of vitamin C was greater than 5.6 mmol/L, the false negative rate of BIL was 100%. Conclusion The determination of vitamin C in urine can avoid the clinical missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis, reduce experimental errors, and better meet the clinical diagnosis of jaundice and differential diagnosis of jaundice types.
