介入治疗15例中晚期妊娠合并前置胎盘引产的临床应用

目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗中晚期妊娠前置胎盘引产的疗效.方法 对中晚期妊娠合并前置胎盘难免流产或要求引产患者15例进行双侧子宫动脉栓塞术,术后预防性给予抗生素治疗.结果 15例孕妇均于术后3 d内娩出胎儿及附属物,产后出血量大概为150~300 mL.其中2例因胎盘娩出不完整行钳夹术出血约400 mL.结论子宫动脉栓塞术治疗和预防中晚期妊娠前置胎盘引产出血疗效安全可靠,值得临床应用.

Clinical Application of Interventional Treatment in 15 Cases of Indcuced Labor of Advanced Pregnancy with Placenta Previa

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of uterine artery embolization on induced labor of avanced pregnancy with placenta previa. Methods Bilateral uterine artery embolization was given to 15 cases of middle and late pregnancy with placenta previa and inevitable miscarriage or required induced labor. And antibiotics were given to the patients postoperative for prophylactic treatment. Results 15 cases of pregnant women delivered the fetus and appendages within 3 days after the operation, postpartum hemorrhage was about 150-300ml. Postpartum hemorrhage of 2 cases was about 400ml due to the delivery of incomplete placenta and undergoing camping. Conclusion Uterine artery embolization is safe and reliable in the treatment and prevention of abortion hemorrhage of middle and late pregnancy with placenta previa, and which is worthy of clinical application.
