前列地尔对重症急性胰腺炎患者多项血小板及胃肠激素指标的影响研究

目的 研究观察前列地尔对重症急性胰腺炎患者多项血小板及胃肠激素指标的影响.方法 将2011年7月-2013年4月66例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组（常规方案组）33例和观察组（前列地尔组）33例,然后将两组患者治疗前后的血小板活化指标及参数、胃肠激素指标进行比较.结果观察组治疗后第5天及第10天的血小板活化指标均低于对照组,血小板参数及胃肠激素指标的变化均大于对照组,P＜0.05.结论 前列地尔对重症急性胰腺炎患者多项血小板及胃肠激素指标的影响更为积极.

Study on the Influence of Alprostadil on Various Platelets and Gastrointestinal Hormone Indexes of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To study and observe the effect of alprostadil on various platelets and gastrointestinal hormone indexes of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 66 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from July, 2011 to April, 2013 were randomly divided into control group（routine group treatment） 33 cases and observation group（alprostadil group） 33 cases, then the platelet activation indexes and parameters,gastrointestinal hormone indexes of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results The platelet activation indexes of observation group at the fifth and tenth day after the treatment were all lower than those of control group, the change of platelet parameters and gastrointestinal hormone indexes were all bigger than those of control group, all P〈0.05. Conclusion The influence of alprostadil on various platelets and gastrointestinal hormone indexes of patients with severe acute pancreatitis is more active.
