实施优质护理对喉癌手术患者满意度的调查分析

目的 探讨针对喉癌手术患者实施优质护理后的护理满意度,为护理工作的推广做出指导.方法 选择该院及中山大学附属第一医院耳鼻咽喉科医院自2011年1月-2013年6月收治的66例需行手术治疗的喉癌患者为研究对象,将其完全随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,护理组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理,对比观察两组患者心理状态的情况以及对护理工作的满意情况.结果 ①护理组患者不良心理状态的发生率为18.18％,明显低于对照组54.54％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;②护理组患者对护理工作的满意度为96.97％,明显高于对照组60.61％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 优质护理应用在喉癌手术患者中的临床效果显著,大大降低患者的焦虑、抑郁情况,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得临床广泛推广.

Investigation and Analysis on the Satisfaction of High-quality Nursing of the Patients with Laryngeal Cancer Operation

Objective To investigate the satisfaction of high-quality nursing of patients with laryngeal cancer operation, so as to provide a guidance for the promotion of nursing work. Methods 66 cases of laryngeal cancer patients for operation admitted in Department of ENT of the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University from January, 2011 to June, 2013 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into control group treated with conventional care, and care group treated with high-quality care based on the conventional care. The psychological state and satisfaction of nursing work of two groups were compared and observed. Results （1）The incidence of bad psychological state of care group （18.18%）was obviously lower than that of control group （54.54%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; （2）The patients＂ satisfaction of nursing work of care group （96.97%） was evidently higher than that of control group （60.61%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Highquality nursing adopted in the nursing work of patients with laryngeal cancer has remarkable effect, it greatly reduces the anxiety and depression of the patients, improves the patients＂ satisfaction of the nursing work and is worthy of clinical application.
