依那普利联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压疗效观察

目的探讨依那普利联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压。方法所有患者治疗前停用降压、降糖药物2周。对照组43例予依那普利10 mg,1次/d。观察组43例在对照组基础上予二甲双胍0.25 g,2次/d,根据血糖水平调整剂量,最大剂量2.0 g/d,治疗期间隔日晨测血压1次。疗程8周。8周后比较两组治疗的总有效率和治疗前后空腹血糖、SBP、DBP的变化情况。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.927,P〈0.05）。观察组43例患者总有效率为90.7%,明显高于对照组的总有效率（74.4%）。两组患者的患者空腹血糖、SBP、DBP均较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且观察组的患者的患者空腹血糖、SBP、DBP水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论依那普利联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压疗效确切,不良反应少,可明显降低患者的血糖、控制血压,值得推广和应用。

Clinical Observation of Enalapril and Metformin in Treatment of type 2 Diabetes Combined Hypertension

Objective To investigate the effect of enalapril and mefformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes combined hypertension. Methods All patients were not given disable antihypertensive, antidiabetic drugs before treatment 2 weeks. Control group of 43 patients were given enalapril 10 mg once a day.Observation group of 43 patients on the basis of the control group was given met- formin 0.25g, 2 times a day, according to the blood sugar levels to adjust the dose, the maximum dose daily 2.0 g, during treatment the next day morning blood pressure once. 8 weeks, after treatment 8 weeks, the total efficiency and treatment, fasting plasma glu- cose, SBP, DBP changes were compared. Results Comparison of the effect of two groups had statistically significant difference （X2= 4.927, P〈0.05）. Observation group of 43 patients of the total effective rate was 90.7%,was signifieant/y higher than control group （74.4%）.Two groups of patients with fasting glucose,SBP, DBP significantly reduced than before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the observa- tion group of patients of fasting blood glucose,SBP, DBP were significandy lower than the control groupt （P〈0,05）. Conclusion Enalapril combined with mefformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with high blood pressure efficacy, adverse reactions, earl significantly reduce the patient＇s blood glucose, blood pressure control, worthy of promotion and application.
