切开复位克氏针内固定并植骨术治疗跟骨关节内骨折临床研究

目的 探讨跟骨关节内骨折采用克氏针固定并植骨术的临床治疗效果.方法 对该院2011年7月-2012年4月入院治疗的71名跟关节内骨折患者进行治疗,并且采用切开复位克氏针内固定并植骨术对患者骨折进行治疗,观察治疗效果.结果 患者术后恢复正常,通过X光对患者骨折位置进行复查,患者B（O）hler角平均度数31°,Gisssane角度均为132°,对71例接受切开复位克氏针内固定并植骨术治疗的患者治疗效果进行评定,恢复情况优组41例,良组23例,可组4例,差组3例,患者术后优良率为90.1%.结论 切开复位克氏针内固定并植骨术对于跟骨关节内骨折的治疗具有较好的疗效,在治疗跟骨关节以及相关骨折症状中具有较为广泛的临床应用.

Clinical Study on Open Reduction and Kirschner Wire Internal Fixation and Bone Grafting in the Treatment of Intra-articular Calcaneal Fracture

Objective The purpose of this paper is to explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Kirschner wire fixation and bone grafting in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods 71 patients with intra-articular calcaneal fracture admitted in our hospital from July, 2011 to April, 2012 were treated by open reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation and bone grafting. And the curative effect was observed. Results The patients recovered normal after the operation. The fracture position reviewed by the X-ray showed that patients with BOhler angle 31°on average, Gisssane angle was 132° on average. The treatment effect of the 71 patients underwent open reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation and bone grafting was evaluated, 41 cases were in the excellent group, 23 cases were in the good group, 4 cases of fair, and 3 cases of poor. The postoperative excellent and good rate of the patients was 90.1%. Conclusion Open reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation and bone grafting has good curative effect for the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture, and it is widely used in the treatment of intra-articular cal- caneal fracture and related symptoms.
