参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛45例临床疗效观察

目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择2009年1月～2010年2月收治于我院的90例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为两组,每组45例。治疗组给予参芎葡萄糖注射液200ml/次静脉滴注,1次/d,14d为1个疗程;对照组给予口服消心痛,每次10mg,每日3次;比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组心绞痛缓解总有效率、心电图改善总有效率分别为93.3%、91.1%;对照组的分别为71.1%、64.4%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Shenxiong Glucose Injection in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina:Clinical Observation of 45 Cases

Objective To evaluate the effect of Shenxiong Glucose Injection in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina.Methods The 90 cases with coronary heart disease and angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was treated with Shenxiong Glucose Injection（every day 1,each time 200 ml,i.v.）,and the control group with Xiaoxintong-chip（every day 3,each time10mg,p.o.）,these two groups were all treated for 14 days.Results After 14 days’ treatment,treatment group’s total effective rates of angina relief and electrocardiogram amelioration were 93.3% and 91.1% respectively in contrast to 71.1% and 64.4% respectively in the control group.Difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Shenxiong Glucose Injection in treatment of coronary heart disease and angina has significant efficacy and few side effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
