米索前列醇联合依沙吖啶在终止中期妊娠中的应用

目的探讨米索前列醇联合依沙吖啶在终止中期妊娠中的临床疗效。方法选择金昌市第二人民医院妇产科孕16—26周因医学因素自愿要求终止妊娠的孕妇238例，随机分成2组。Ⅰ组为米索前列醇配伍依沙吖啶实验组，Ⅱ组为依沙吖啶对照组。结果Ⅰ组自用药至胎儿娩出及总产程的时间均较Ⅱ组明显缩短（P〈0．01），Ⅰ组清宫率（15．70％）明显低于Ⅱ组（63．25％）（P〈0．01）。结论米索前列醇联合依沙吖啶用于中期妊娠引产，能有效促进宫颈成熟，明显缩短引产和总产程时间，有效减少胎盘脱膜残留，降低清宫率，减少引产孕妇的住院时间，是一种较好的中期妊娠引产方法。

Appliance of Misoprostol Combined with Ethacridine in Middle Pregnancy Termination

Objective ] To study the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with ethacridine in middle pregnancy termination. Methods] 238 pregnant women who request to terminate gestation for some medical factors voluntarily in 16 - 26 gestation weeks were randomly divided into two groups. Ⅰ group： misoprostol combined with ethacridine; Ⅱ group： only ethacridine as control. Results] In Ⅰ group, the duration from medication to childbirth and total stage of labor were significantly shorter than those in Ⅱ group（P 〈 0.01）. The curettage rate in Ⅰ group was significantly lower than that in Ⅱ group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ] The appliance of misoprostol combined with ethacridine in middle pregnancy termination can improve cervical maturity effectively, and shorten the duration of abortion and total stage of labor obviously, also can lessen the residue of placenta and deciduas tissue effectively, and decrease the curettage rate and shorten the hospitalization time of the pregnant women who have accepted induced labor. Therefore, the method was an effective way in middle pregnancy termination.
