重症手足口病患儿的护理

总结43例小儿重症手足口病儿的观察与护理经验.认为及时严格隔离手足口病患儿,尽早发现重症患儿,并专人护送至手足口病危重病区,严密观察患儿生命体征变化,注意意识和精神状态改变,重视息儿末梢循环的观察评估和甘露醇用药的护理,对并发肺出血和肺水肿的患儿做好吸痰的护理,并根据患儿及家属的心理状况进行心理护理.使他们配合治疗与护理.以上综合有序的护理是小儿重症手足口病息儿早日恢复健康的关键.本组43例患儿均顺利度过疾病危险期痊愈出院.
