广州市2005～2009年高三学生HBsAg和ALT检测结果分析

目的了解近5年来广州市参加高考的高三学生的乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性和丙氨酸氨基转移酶异常及变化情况，为高中学生制定乙型肝炎防治措施提供参考依据。方法取静脉血3ml用酶联免疫吸附法检测乙型肝炎表面抗原，用连续监测法检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶，并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果2005—2009年高三学生乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性率平均为2．57％，丙氨酸氨基转移酶异常检出率为0．60％，两者均呈逐年下降趋势，且有性别差异，男生高于女生。结论广州市高中学生乙肝防治工作有较大成效，应继续对在校学生采取综合干预措施，进一步降低高中学生的乙型肝炎病毒感染率。

Analysis of results of determining HBsAg and ALT in students taking college etrance exam ination in guangzhou city

Objective To know the positive rate of HBsAg and abnormality state of ALT in students of grade three in guangzhou,and provide reference for senior high school student＇s HBV prevention and treatment work. Methods 3 ml venous blood was eoileeted to detect the level of ALT and HBsAg. Results The positive rate of HBsAg in students of grade three from 2004 to 2009 was 2.57% ,the abnormality rate of ALT was 0. 60% , and the rates declined year by year; meanwhile,There was significantly difference between genders：male higher than female. Conclusion The student＇s HBV prevention and treatment work in guangzhou took significant effect, but comprehensive intervention measures should be kept on taking on senior high school students to reduce their positive rate of HBsAg.
